The officer appointed by the Applicant/Registrant, to electronically sign and submit the Form via EASi, will be required to download a copy of the completed Form.

The individual/s required to certify the contents of the submission being made will be required to append their signature to the downloaded copy. The user will be required to upload the signed copy at the identified attachment item on the electronic Form.
