Ms. Deborah Thomas-Felix, Chairman of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (TTSEC) will be attending the United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s (USSEC) 20th Annual Institute for Securities Market Development in Washington D.C. from April 19 – 29, 2010.
