TTSEC Relocates to New Head Office
The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission is pleased to announce the relocation of its offices to 57-59 Dundonald Street, Port of Spain.
The change in location, from downtown Port of Spain at the Central Bank Tower of the Eric Williams Financial Complex, now provides stakeholders, market actors and visitors with easier access to the SEC. As well, the new offices, with an improved floor plan, better facilities, a conference area and assigned car parking spaces, will allow management and staff to continue to provide excellent service to members of the local securities industry and will ensure that the Commission can successfully regulate market actors, protect investors, promote integrity and transparency and foster the development of the capital market in Trinidad and Tobago.
Osborne Nurse, Chairman of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission, commented “We have worked with our architects and designers to make this facility into one which our staff members and visitors can be comfortable and productive. I look forward to the staff and stakeholder interactions, which can now be facilitated at this venue.”
The Commission’s new offices were officially opened on Thursday April 6th, 2006, with a formal ceremony to mark the commissioning of the building.
