Sale and Repurchase Agreements (Repos) Guidelines 2018

The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) has amended its Repurchase Agreements Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) in accordance with Section 146 of the Securities Act, 2012 (“SA 2012”). These Guidelines may be cited as the Repo Guidelines.
